Mark & Debbi Witt
Founders/Executive Directors/Camp Directors
Mark & Debbi Witt have been doing youth ministry all their adult lives.
It was their vision that began Teen Quest in 1976. Mark is the Executive
Director of Teen Quest. Debbi is Camp Director and Operations Director.
The Witts live in Wooddale, Pennsylvania.

Teen Quest Players Directors
Jason and Chelsea are graduates of Word Of Life Bible Institute in New York.
. They have been on Teen Quest’s full-time missionary team since 2003. They
are the directors of student ministries. Jason is the program director of
all ministries at the Ranch. Chelsea
works on the office staff. They also lead the music/drama team
Vizion. Also they are the directors of the Teen Quest Players. Jason & Chelsea currently live with their daughters Alexa
and Briana in
Somerset, Pennsylvania.

Travis & Brittany Rusko
Marketing Director
Travis is in charge of marketing Teen Quest to
churches all over the country. He will be taking
classes through Liberty University while getting hands on missions
training at Teen Quest. He and his wife Brittany live in Somerset, Pennsylvania.

Lisa Shroyer
Administrative Assistant
Lisa has been with Teen Quest since April
2005. She works in the office keeping everything running
smoothly. Lisa and her husband Dan live in Stoystown, Pennsylvania with their

Charlie Barbario
Sound, Lighting, & Media
Guru
Charlie
has been involved with Teen Quest’s music/drama
team Vizion since 1999 as a sound tech. After going on two mission trips
to Jamaica, Charlie really wants to see the world – especially Ireland
and Italy. He currently lives in Jeannette, Pennsylvania.

Mark Lambert Teen Quest Institute
and Service ministries
Mark Lambert is the newest
staff member at the Teen Quest ranch. He started
in June 2007 working as a camp counselor for our summer ministry.
Now Mark works with our Teen Quest Institute. He also
travels with Vizion and Teen Quest Players, and oversees the Service
Ministry at the Ranch. Mark is a graduate of Geneva
College with a degree in Student Ministries. He
is from Somerset,
Pa and in his free time enjoys singing, writing, and a good movie. |

Linda Cowan
Vizion - Writer / Trainer
Linda has been the Vizion Music Drama team writer and trainer since
1990. She loves cats and currently teaches music at West Liberty State
College in West Virginia.
Linda holds several degrees and honors:

- M.M. in Music, Indiana State University
- A.B.D. Rutgers University
- Pi Kappa Lambda Honors Society

Angie Polyblank
Director
of Food Service
Angie
has been cooking at Teen Quest camps since 1979. She has driven a
Jeep for as long as anyone at Teen Quest can remember and she has a
passion for serving God. Angie lives in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania with
her husband Alan. |
