The Teen Quest Ranch

Since 1979 Teen Quest has been operating a summer camping program at Laurel Hill State Park in Somerset County, Pennsylvania for teens, pre-teens and families. Thousands of students have been involved in our program over the years.

In order to expand our program to include winter camping and facilitate our off-season events, we have purchased a beautiful 140 acre Ranch a few miles outside Somerset Pennsylvania. The Ranch has enabled us to do year-round camping and  recreation.

The Ranch is complete with a four acre lake, large barn, large four bedroom house, a two story sleeping lodge, a large meeting lodge, Fletcher hall (a dining hall and meeting room, a garage, rolling fields, thirteen acres of woods, excellent fences, wells, springs, orchards, trails and an awesome twenty mile view of the nearby Laurel Mountains!

Activities

Horseback riding, paintball, archery, hiking, fishing, boating, biking, ATV trails, hayrides, cross country skiing, sledding, basketball, volleyball, driving range, ice hockey, snowmobile trails, kite flying, mud battles, ice skating, swimming, concerts, sports competition , wild and crazy games and much more.

This winter we held “Snow camps” on the ranch and will be able to expand our program to facilitate a exciting new recreation program next year. During the months of January and February the Teen Quest Ranch is a winter wonderland with students from the region staying on the weekends.

Since Teen Quest is hosting mission trips we will be using the Ranch to train students to go on short term missions.

As expected weeks are already filling up for this coming Winter and Summer with Teen Quest’s unique SnowCamps and Super Charge summer camp, and church affiliate camps.  We are expecting the camps to fill up in record numbers this year.
